Property World and Paul have been excellent in managing a rental property for me, they seem to balance the needs of tenants and landlords and have been quick to respond and friendly to deal with. The behind the scenes admin with landlords statements and dealing with contractors and tradespeople has been very good.

Efficient and professional. When my tenants moved out Property World took care of everything, from the cleaning of the property to taking of any repairs that were needed. Also very quick in finding new tenants. I also enjoyed been kept up to date, and at no time did I feel in the dark as to what was happening. Thank you Property World.
