We've loved living in our top floor flat for the past six years, especially when the sun streams into our lounge in the afternoon. Our neighbours are respectful and friendly, making for a very calm and quiet building. We're moving out of London to be closer to family in The Midlands. If we could move them all to Sydenham, we'd be staying put!

The gate to Crystal Palace Park is opposite our front door, making for the perfect garden.
