(a) Full management service
Property management can be time consuming and stressful. Our full management service is designed to take care of everything.
From finding a suitable tenant and completing all checks and documentation, to conducting regular inspections and dealing with all maintenance queries, our experienced management team will look after all aspects of your property and tenancy.
Service summary:

Interview prospective tenants and conduct full referencing and vetting service. 4. Collection of all funds deposits, including security deposits. 5. Draw up an appropriate tenancy agreement. 6. Meet tenants and hand over keys upon occupancy. 7. Prepare full inventory and other documentation related to fixtures and fittings. 8. Collect monthly rent. 9. Provide comprehensive monthly statements to you or a designated party upon your written instruction. 10. Provide rent, taxation and inventory advice. 11. Ensure services are connected and placed in tenants names. 12. Visit and inspect premises at regular intervals. 13. Deal with day-to-day management matters including minor repairs to the property up to a maximum of £125.00 for any one item. 14. Take immediate maintenance action during office hours, liaise with insurers if necessary. For significant insurance claims and large renovation projects our management fee may be added to the claim. |
(b) Letting
and rent collection service
This service is geared to landlords who live locally to their property where a full managed service may not be required. We follow our normal thorough procedures in selecting a suitable tenant and collect rent monthly on behalf of the landlord. Tenants will contact you directly for all maintenance and general queries.

(c) Let only
This service allows you to benefit from Property world's letting experience. We will market your property and manage the applicant selection process, prepare an agreement, arrange the tenancy and receipt the initial rent and deposit before handing over to the landlord for the duration of the tenancy.

Full Management: Two week's rent letting fee plus 13.5% of the gross rental plus VAT
Rent Collection Only: Two week's rent plus 10% of the gross rental plus VAT.
Let only: 85% of first months rent letting fee plus VAT
