Who are Property World?

Property World is Sydenham's only family run, independent lettings and estate agency. Established over ten years ago, our aim is to make the moving experience as stress free and rewarding as possible. We believe the key is to offer the highest standards of personal service.

Property World is run by brothers Richard and Dan Crowley. With a personal stake in the business, they are committed to going the extra mile, working tirelessly to ensure customers of Property World receive a level of service other agencies simply can not match.

Our approach is to combine great service whilst harnessing the latest technology to develop a highly proactive marketing programme that is right for you and your property.

This commitment to service has made us one of the fastest growing estate agents in Sydenham. We are proud of the fact over 50% of all our new business comes from personal recommendation and referrals.

Meet the team

Richard Crowley - Managing Director
Richard has extensive experience of the sales and lettings industry and has run Property World for the last six years. Completely hands on, he will be one of your main points of contact, overseeing the sale from instruction to completion. Previously Richard worked as a marketing consultant for some of the UK's leading companies. This experience has enabled him to take a radical and fresh approach to the estate agency business and to Property World's marketing strategy. He lives in Sydenham and has an excellent knowledge of the local area.

Dan Crowley - Sales Director
Dan joined the family business in the summer of 2004, having previously lived in Sydney, Australia for the past three years. There he worked with some of the leading estate agents in Australia, gaining a broader understanding of the industry and gaining fresh insights into best practise and customer service. Many of these initiatives have now been introduced by Property World in the UK. He too lives in Sydenham.

Michael Crowley - Director
Michael has run businesses for most of his adult life, and has nearly ten years experience of the estate agency industry. He now acts as a consultant to the business and to his two sons.

Linda Harrower - Property Lettings Manager
Linda is responsible for all aspects of Property World's letting business. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working, she is always willing to 'go the extra mile' on behalf of her tenants and landlords.

Andrea De Roche - Reception and Lettings Maintenance
Our newest recruit, Andrea will no doubt be the first person you meet in our office. Full of enthusiasm and passion about the business, she has quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the team.

Sarah Willson - Administration Executive
An unsung hero, Sarah is responsible for all aspects of our administration behind the scenes, from web maintenance to tenancy renewals. Sarah's administration and organisational skills keep the business on track.
